Order by Fax
Please print the order form from the website (www.caringhk.com) and fax it together with the bank-in slip to 2577 6008 or email to info@caringhk.com.
Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order form, we will return call to you within office hours to confirm your order.
All order received after 3:00 pm will be processed in the next working day.
If you cannot be contacted within two working days, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery Service
Lead Time:
Under normal circumstance, goods will be delivered within 3 working days upon order confirmation.
For some remote locations, the lead time may take 5 to 7 days. Exact arrangements to be finalized during order confirmation.
Delivery Charge
No delivery will be provided for purchases below the following amounts.
Free-of-charge delivery service will be offered for each purchase exceeding the following amounts.
Hong Kong：HK$600.00
Kowloon ：HK$600.00
Aberdeen & Southern District ：HK$800.00
New Territories ：HK$1,300.00
For some remote locations, the minimum order amount will be raised and delivery charge will be levied case by case.
For locations where parking fees or other fees are involved, the minimum order amount may be raised and delivery surcharge may be levied case by case.
Surcharge:
If delivery to rural districts, Lantau, the Airport, or other remote areas is required, the minimum order amount may be revised and delivery surcharge may be levied case by case.
Areas of Delivery
We will provide delivery service to industrial / commercial and residential buildings in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, except rural districts and the outlaying islands. We reserve all the rights to interpret this clause.
If no elevator is available in the building, we may request the customer to take the goods on the street level.
If the delivery location is a construction site, you are requested to take the goods at the entrance of the site.
Payment Method
Customer should deposit the exact amount of the cost of the goods into our bank account. Then, fax the bank-in slip together with order form to us.
Customers may arrange the payment over the bank’s service counter or ATM:
